Job Description: The general management and control of the company as well as carrying out the role of a Senior Lead Assessor.
To control and ensure the proper management of all the financial aspects of the business. In particular banking and cash flow to maintain the integrity, stability and profitability of the business.
To control, manage and approve the recruitment of all necessary staff.
To ensure all staff are fully and correctly trained, and where necessary, qualified to carry out their duties.
To ensure the welfare of all staff by implementing and complying with all necessary regulations and legislations.
To have continuous liaison with both our Accreditation Body UKAS and our clients, where necessary to maintain good relations in all matters in particular regard to any complaint received or general enquires.
To ensure full compliance at all times by all staff to maintain the continued integrity and height of the professionalism which is the policy of the company to maintain.
Liaise with Governing Board and Management Committee as and when required.
Paul is also a qualified Senior Registered Lead Assessor in ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 14001 and is responsible for fully managing the clients accounts with regard to planning and completion of continuing surveillance visits.
Paul is also qualified and certificated to carry out:
• SQAS Road, Tank Wash, Freight Integrator
• CDI-MPC Tank container, freight forwarder, ship agent and container freight stations.

Name: Lynn Davies
Job Title: Lead Assessor/ Client Manager
Job Description: Lynn is Responsible for maintaining full liaison
with the clients and fully managing their accounts with regard to planning and completion of continuing surveillance visits.
Lynn controls and manages all necessary administration in connection with the above duties, including; the carrying out of audits as required by the needs of the individual customer.
Lynn Carries out other assessments and training in relation to Health & Safety,

Name: Daniel Raymond
Job Title: Operations Manager/ Lead Assessor/ Client Manager
Job Description: Daniel is responsible for maintaining full liaison with the clients and fully managing their accounts with regard to planning and completion of continuing surveillance visits.
Daniel controls and manages all necessary administration in connection with the above duties, including; the carrying out of audits as required by the needs of the individual customer.
Daniel is also qualified and certificated to carry out the following assessments:
• SQAS Road, Tank Wash, Freight Integrator
• CDI-MPC – 3 & 4
• Training in section F auditing within SQAS Distributor / ESAD II |
Name: Robin Raymond
Job Title: Administration Assistant
In this position Robin carries out duties of company administration including;
work planning, travel planning (including flights, car hire and hotels), typing, liaising with clients, and confidentiality requirements.
He also assists in all certification activities, maintains the web based directories for valid
certifications and effectively deals with clients enquires.
He will also carry out any reasonable duties connected with the business of the company at
the direction and discretion of the Managing Director.

Name: Geoffrey Raine
Job Title: International Agency Manager/ Lead Assessor
Job Description: Geoff has continuous liaison with the foreign agencies regarding the control of their methods and systems of carrying out assessment work in compliance with UKAS rules and requirements.
Geoff carries out audits of the foreign agencies on a regular basis in their own countries to ensure they are in full compliance with our systems. Geoff is the initial contact with regard to the start-up of new agencies. Geoff trains the new agencies to WQA and UKAS requirements and introducing them to the use of documentation and methods of operation. Geoff is responsible for maintaining full liaison with the clients and fully managing their accounts with regard to planning and completion of continuing surveillance visits. Geoff controls and manages all necessary administration in connection with the above duties, including; the carrying out of audits as required by the needs of the individual customer. |

Name: Tracey Barber
Job Title: Finance/ Accounts Manager
Job Description: In this position Tracey is required to produce management and statutory accounts. Prepare budgets and forecasts in accordance with the timescales laid down by the Managing Director. Maintain the integrity of the financial records by incorporating the use of Sage. To monthly manage the Salaries and PAYE alongside producing the VAT returns. Maintain and build relationships both externally and internally. Undertake appropriate training to support personal and professional development as identified through the appraisal process. Carry out other such duties as are commensurate with the grade of the post.
