Company Profile
Mr.Paul Raymond, Managing Director of Worldwide Quality Assurance, has been involved in the Haulage, Storage, Transport, Distribution and Shipping Industry for all his working life. In 1990 he joined BSI and trained from a Junior Assessor to Registered Senior Lead Assessor. During the last twelve years he has acquired vast quality accreditation experience assessing service and manufacturing industries.
Paul is a recognized CDI-T (Chemical Distribution Industry-Tanks) and a CDI-MPC (Chemical Distribution Industry-Marine Packed Cargo) assessor. Paul also carries out assessments for SQAS (Safety and Quality Assessment Systems) for road and rail transport and tank wash cleaning on behalf of CEFIC. Furthermore, he is a ISO14001 lead assessor to provide environmental accreditation.
Worldwide Quality Assurance was founded in 1999 by Paul because he realized that customers desired the bespoke personal service offered by the smaller yet highly experienced professional staff that could be furnished by his accreditation company. WQA became a truly worldwide company with clients in America, Mainland Europe, Far East and the UK.
Marine Terminals Corporation Manager (one of our major USA clients) Manager Sean Lindsay says, "The ISO process provides objective proof that we, as a business, are satisfying a recognized set of quality standards that result in increased unity, structure and accountability within this facility. Our clients will experience greater satisfaction through these quality improvements.
